The application of plasma has a vast prospect on industry and military. The dielectric barrier discharge is a typical technology that can produce the plasma through atmospheric pressure discharges, so it is paid widely attention by home and abroad. The high-frequency and high-voltage pulse power source is the core part of the dielectric barrier discharge.The thesis has explored an integrated scheme designing method of plasma pulse power source system, which includes two parts,one is The high-frequency and high-voltage sine wave power source and based on which the other part is magnetic compress steep circuit.For the former,this paper has taken a research as a stress on the designing method.Meanwhile it has discussed the essential of designing of the high-frequency transformer, the characteristic and matters needing attention of IGBT, and the protection measures of some pivotal component.For the latter,this paper has made a simulation and proved the feasibility. ,The hardware system mainly includes rectifier and filter circuit, regulate voltage and inverter circuit, drive and control circuit, output circuit, protection circuit etc. The power circuit takes the IGBT as charging switch power for changing a component, adopting full bridge topology circuit, matching it with high-frequency transformer and output circuit to compose the host circuit system of power source.The software system includes the PID control . Power controlling circuit takes high performance single microchip 80C196KC as the core to control the whole system and adopts PWM to control the output volt-ampere character of power source. The signal of PWM is produced by the circuit which is composed of the chips UC3875.Furthmore in main power circuit and control circuit and software parts it has a function of anti-jamming and security by which the system is capable of analyzing the different forms of interfere and the causes which may affect the normal operation of the power and taking corresponding measures in schematic diagram designing and PCB manufacturing.In the simulating part,through the theoretical analysis of the magnetic compress steep network and magnetism switch theoretical, it applies mathematic model and has built the approximate magnetism switch model and transformer model as well as the designing plan of steep circuit and simulate circuit model.The experiments indicate that plasma pulse power source has a high value for application,especially in military, can be used in plane invisibility technology.
