Energy data collection system is the important basis of energy management.Aiming at problems of current energy data collection system and practical needs ofindustrial application, this article provides a new energy data collection system designscheme based on existing energy data collection research, and works out thecorresponding hardware, software and logic designation.The system mainly makes up of digital meter network, interface conversionmodule, central control unit and remote data transmission module. Digital meternetworking utilizes RS485bus, and interface conversion module utilize integratedRS485transceiver. The central control unit utilizes the popular android embeddedsystem, which provides graphical display interface and touch input operation, andpossesses good user experience. Remote data transmission part realizes fibercommunication by the combination of CPLD modulator-demodulator and opticalmodule, which improves the anti-interference ability of communication, and solves theproblem of remote data transmission.This system has the ability of comprehensive energy data collection, and themeter capacity is up to256. The system also provides intelligent meter configurationmode, possesses communication fault monitoring and alarm function, and can realizeintelligent data protection..
