Whether it is industrial or defense applications are pushing the research of pulse power technology.High peaks and narrow pulse widths are two very important aspects in the pursuit of pulse technology development and are also difficult to study.These two aspects of research have attracted the attention of scientists from various countries,but the degree of domestic concern is relatively weak.Now most of the research is only focused on a certain index.This paper considers both indicators.It has very important guiding significance for future research and design.In order to increase the amplitude,we first use the Mrax circuit to increase the output voltage,but Increasing the voltage of the series when it reaches a certain number of stages is essentially ineffective.Therefore,the method of power synthesis is also used to increase the amplitude.In the aspect of reducing the pulse width,the under-capacitance method and the charge capacitor compression method are used.This article starts with the theory first,and then actually makes the theory of physical verification correct.The specific research content is as follows:Firstly,the application advantages of UWB system are introduced,and the key position of high peak pulse source in system design is derived.The advantages and disadvantages of other pulse source design methods are also analyzed.Secondly,the ideal time-domain waveform required by UWB system is analyzed.The dynamic process based on avalanche triode avalanche is theoretically studied,as well as the theoretical research of Marx,and some techniques for compressing pulse width are also provided.Among them,these two methods effectively solve the problem of excessive pulse width.At the same time,in order to improve the amplitude of the pulse source,a broadband power divider is also studied in this paper.The theoretical analysis and experimental design of the power divider are analyzed.Finally,a high peak pulse source with 500V amplitude and 500ps pulse width was designed.By designing a Wilkinson power divider in HFSS simulation,a comparison was made between simulation and actual measurement to determine that the machining error does not affect the normal use of the power divider.At the same time also designed a high peak pulse source for the two-way power output signal synthesis,in the design of the first Pspice software to simulate it,and then PCB layout,to make the final product...
