Analysis And Design About Out-patient Doctor Workstation Of Hospital HIS System

With the rapid development of computer technology, its applications on thefield of medical and health care have drawn great attention of hospitalmanagers,and get more and more widely promotion and use.Hospital also face thechallenges of hospital management information.Computerization and network inHospital information management will be essential to the construction of modernhospital conditions and important means.Based on the children’s hospital of Zhengzhou HIS system as the background,this paper discussed the analysis and design of the outpatient doctor workstationsystem.First of all, the demand for children’s hospital of Zhengzhou outpatient doctorworkstation has been analysized and described in detail.And then the basic functionsof the system were designed including the workstation login, orders, data entry,maintenance, etc.. Adopting flexible modular structure design method to carry on thedesign process, HIS system has powerful data manipulation functions and friendlyinterfaces, which are practical and easy to use.At the same time, based onclient/server mode, the system maintenance cost is lower.Through to the HIS systemdesign, implementation and repeated use,the development mode, development tools,and database management system has been made the analysis and comparison.Todevelop HIS system, Children’s hospital of Zhengzhou company uses C/S architecturedevelopment mode,with the selection of development tool dot net, databasemanagement system SQLServer2005.Finally, the outpatient doctor workstation asthe main research object.From the process of the patient in the outpatient clinic andthe current management mode,this paper introduces in detail the design of theoutpatient doctor workstation implementation process, give the data flowdiagram,design thinking and some of the procedures of the main function module,andmainly introduced the analysis and design of the children’s hospital of Zhengzhououtpatient doctor workstation.
