Design And Implementation Of Yinchuan Jinfeng District Community Hospital Information Management System

This paper is about system development with ASP.NET for community hospital information management system development of YinChuan JinFeng District. The five major aspects of this paper include the background introduction of current status of domestic hospital information management system, the practical significance to developing hospital information system(HIS), the key technologies of the development and the proposed design and implementation for the system development for YinChuan JinFeng District HIS.First the background introduction gives the analysis of the hospital environment for domestic patient, description of informatization degree of domestic hospital and comparison of technical competence between China and other countries. The practical significance of developing HIS are elaborated then from different perspectives, including feasibility and necessity, covering the evolution of hospital environment, the impact by bringing in HIS, related technology development and appropriate positioning of HIS in China. The design of HIS for community hospital includes the database design of JinFeng District HIS, core modules of the functionalities, user interface and the database operation instruction. Also in this paper the module design and implementation for HIS for small scale hospital is detailed explained.HIS is based on software technology, to processize and electronize the hospital management procedures by informational means. A complete hospital management system, should cover from patient registration, pre-check, diagnosis, prescription, charge and so on all these procedures, but for community hospital these could be trimmed and optimized. Based on the background and necessity to develop software system, the paper expounds how to design the system and how to implement it by utilizing software analysis and object-oriented technology, ASP.NET is adopted for platform setup and back-end data storage is on Microsoft SQL 2010.This paper targets the demand to the community hospital information system of Jinfeng District, Yinchuan. It mainly explicitly describe the system boundary from the aspects of business process, system module design, use cases, system design, code implementation, testing and other aspects. It adopts the technology and architecture of ASP. Net, ADO. Net, micro SQL server and E-R entity relationship model to design the database in detail, and plan out the functions including outpatient and hospitalization, drug, medical stations, nurses’ station, system management and other functions. Under many implementation and tests, it forms a relatively complete and systematic architecture.
