With the rapid development of network communications industry, the TCP/IP which isconsidered to be the basis of the Internet communication rules is and will continue to play avery important role. The basic requirement needed by computer network management andnetwork programming staff is to learn, master and apply the basic principles, workingprocesses and application programming methods of TCP/IP protocol. At the same time, theTCP/IP protocol analysis is an important course for students majoring in computer networkengineering, internet of things engineering and communication engineering, etc.However, in practical teaching and scientific research, there is a high cost on laboratoryhardware and software construction investment as a result of the actual network which needsto have special physical environment. For conditional limitation, Laboratory just can be usedby a few students, the majorities do not have the opportunities to share and use the resources.Once labs were built, it cannot only flexibly change the network topology structure but alsoadapt to the flexibility of teaching. The lab is not conducive to the students’ creative thinkingdevelopment. It is necessary to set up a virtual environment with the analysis of the complexrouting protocol while Virtual lab can simulate different system, topologies and the networksof different size at the same time. Based on the classroom teaching and teaching environmentin the laboratory of TCP/IP protocol analysis, the thesis is a study on construction of virtualteaching environment and the cloud computing, the new way of internet computing to sharethe resources of hardware and software. In this thesis, the main research contents andinnovation points are as follows:1. The self-developed Sniffer based on Linux platform can add protocol source codes inTCP/IP protocol suite according to need which is convenient for secondary development.2. It can easily implement the analysis of the complex laboratory environment routingprotocol to save lab resources and reduce costs by adopting the virtualization technology torun and analyze the information of the Sniffer. 3. By using the virtual environment of TCP/IP protocol analysis software in the cloudcomputing platform environment, it can realize the dynamic extension of virtualizationresources, computer hardware and software resource sharing.Through the above research, the thesis can deepen the understanding of TCP/IP protocolfamily and give more intuitional comprehension about communication principle between theclient, server, router, the middleware and other hardware equipment to students.Simultaneously it has the vital significance to solve the contradiction about laboratoryteaching environment can’t meet the demand of talent training as well as to improve students’practical ability of applying the knowledge and resources to solve the problem.
