Research On Archives Terms In Song Dynasty

Song dynasty is one of the most splendent dynasty in the history of China.It ispowerful and prosperous,it’s economic boom and splendid culture had reached a newheight in the development of Chinese feudalism.The Song dynasty inherited the TangDynasty’s political system,the development of the archives work of the document reachedan advanced level.A careful study of archives terms in Song dynasty,will be important forthe understanding of the development track of the archives terms and file managementsystem in Song dynasty.However,most researchers have focused on the "file"or the Qingdynasty archives terms,ignore the research of archives terms in other dynasties,evenhaven’t studied archives terms in Song and other dynasties.On archival science,literatureretrieval statistics is a new research method.In this paper,using literature retrievalstatistics,we retrieve351books which was wrote in Song dynasty,and carefully researchterms,such as document,record and file,which appears in these books.Through rigorousstatistics and research on content,we can clearly understand the using and development ofdocument terms in Song dynasty.
