As an important assisting facility for teachingand research, the library is gaining in popularity among universitystudents, where they can enrich their knowledge, broaden their outlookand enhance themselves, thus making the library“the second classroomeducation†beyond the university classroom. Viewing from the practical angle,the function of the library should not be ignored but be regarded as thebreakthrough point of the moral education while upholding the college moraleducation.
