In the thesis,based on the analysis of the current situation of the moral education, and summarize thedefeats and shortages on it, lastly, raise to build a system on evaluate the moraleducation of university students.Firstly, by considering the elements effect on the university moral education, usethe experience of modern education concept and evaluation for reference, in theexperiment, Take the classification method to confirm the50common evaluationindexes; And then, by usage the Analytic hierarchy process and Fuzzy evaluationmethod to make sure the weight of every index; Thirdly, after the defining of theevaluate index content and the weight, utilize the AHP algorithm and the frequent itemsets data mining Apriori method,in addition, by the experiment data,to excavate therelation information among the each factors, and apply in the rank statistics andassociation analysis functions,finally,give out the moral evaluation index system.On account of the moral evaluation index system above, the thesis further designthe university moral education evaluation system and made it achieve. The thesis basedon the B/S system structure and MVC procedure frame, use the ASP.NET skill andSQL Server2000data manage system to make the university moral evaluation systemcome true. Currently, that system had been passed test, and each function had attainedthe expected effect. The practice proved that the university moral evaluation system cannot only improve the efficiency of the work, but cut down the office cost, and enhancethe informatization of moral education.
