With the development of electronic technology, continuous batching transportationautomatic control system is widely used in cement, coal, metallurgy, chemical industry,food industry, feed etc. With comprehensive functions, strong flexibility, high performancecost ratio, by continuous batching system integrators and users of welcome. Feedproduction line automation control system is the production process of fine chemical plantprocess a very important process, the batching process quality which play a decisive roleon the quality of the product. The automatic batching control system is a multi input, multioutput system, each ingredient conveying production line strictly control the material level,flow, timely and accurate monitoring and regulation.This thesis also illustrates the hardware setting and software designing of PLCselection, frequency conversion control of allocation system in detail.Introduces theflow-control mode and control process of the system based on the systems manufacturingprocess of the allocation, especially on the selection of PLC feed production in PLCsystem hardware configuration, software design and process parameter setting. The systemconsists of a programmable controller and electronic belt scale is composed of a two levelcomputer control network, using PLC to control the production process control system, tocollect electronic production under the condition of known weight information throughPLC, switch input and acquisition of line through PLC status and alarm information, andthrough the PLC output to achieve control of the door switch. The system composed withfield instrumentation, control computer, PLC, frequency converter, the intelligent degreehigh, fast processing speed device through Fieldbus connection device. In the productionprocess of the automatic batching process.The auto-dispensation system permanent flowcontrol uses the PID adjustment,the current capacity measurement control is measures thedeviation and the frequency conversion velocity modulation union.The main materials andauxiliary materials according to a certain proportion, is completed by the electronic beltweigher conveying the belt conveyor material measurement. PLC is mainly responsible for conveying equipment, weighing process real-time control, and complete for the systemfault detection, display and alarm, and adjust the speed of belt conveyor to the inverteroutput signal function.
