| More than10production systems have been built and conducted in Shannxi LocalTaxation Bureau. The contradiction between the heavy workload of operation andmaintenance and the senior response requirement is becoming prominent. Thetraditional form of the operation and maintenance, such as phones, written documents,etc, could hardly fulfill the daily application systems operated under the centralizedpattern. Therefore, a perfect management platform for problems should be developedand applicated in order to solve the contradiction soon, decrease the risk of the systemmanagement, rule the problem processing and improve the efficiency.This paper fistly states the background and current situation of the Design andImplementation of Problem Management Platform. It also includes particularintroduction of the J2EE platform and basic theories for PTF3’s develping frame whichbelongs to Pengtian Beijing company.Next, the paper emphsizes the businessrequirements of the platform, on the foundation of the major works which the authorundertake in this project, and moreover, it discusses the design and realization of theplatform based on mode MVC. At last,a corresponding test have been done, and theresults shows that both functions and performance of this system have achieved thedesign requirements. |
