Design And Implement Of Problem Management System Based On J2EE

In modern society, with the fierce market competition, enterprises may encounter all kinds of problems that affect them in the course of their activities. Especially in the running processing of project or the sale of products, the large-scale enterprises may encounter a lot of technique or non-technique problems. How to mobilize and coordinate all resource of the enterprise effectively and resolve all kinds of problems raised form customers timely become an important factor of the healthy development of an enterprise.With the continuous upgrading of the attention level of issue management, the issue management system are widely used in the field of software project management, software quality control, IT services in Commercial bank and so on. The paper is based on a large-scale enterprise's actual need, makes the information management as the foundation, the issue management as the goal, through the process of collection, storage, processing and analysis for the issue information, gets the solution program that makes the issue management applied in the project field.The paper made a comprehensive analysis for the functions and roles need of the issue management system, focused on the whole flow of issue treatment, analyzed the result form the process, made an analysis for some key problems and got the solution program in the end. The key is to define the concept of group to resolve the relationships of problems, people, products and roles. In addition, we adopted historical records and email notification to implement the issue tracking and monitoring. Finally, a detailed description about design and implementation of the key modules is given, such as group management, issue solution, data storage and so on in detail.
