| The Internet and information management technologies are developing at high speed and so are software systems that are developed on the basis of the J2 EE technology.The development of various software systems has led to emergence of the fixed-asset management systems for the enterprises.The fixed assets of modern enterprises are becoming increasingly larger and more complicated,which requires the expertise's systems to manage reasonably and effectively.The wide application of computer technology has substantially increased the working effect of the staff members of the fixed-asset management.In order to better meet the needs of the management reform in the Internet technology,numerous enterprises in our country have gradually begun to adopt asset-management systems to reduce the operating costs and raise productivity.To a great degree,the management quality of an enterprise is affected by its management of the fixed assets,which is closely connected with the enterprise's overall profits.With the rapid increase of the amount and scale of the enterprise's fixed assets,the difficulty of management is also growing.The aim of this thesis is to specify the workflow of the fixed assets management,analyze the functional requirements of the fixed asset system and by applying database,J2 EE technology and B/S model,work out the management systems that match the current fixed-assets management of our country in order to regularize the routine management of fixed assess management and realize the information of statistic work.The functions of the enterprise's fixed-asset management systems are diversified;on the one hand,they can collect the data changes in the fixed-asset management due to depreciation,depletion and alteration;on the other hand,they can also increase the efficiency of the overall management,thus greatly reducing the time needed for calculating and recording the fixed assets and helping to improve the enterprise's management. |
