Based On The J2ee Architecture B / S Mode Contract Management Information System Design And Realization

To build the contract management information system and reflect the contract dynamic information timely and accurately, is very important for business decision-making, cost control and risk control of company. With Deyang DongQi Mechanical Engineering Technology Co., LTD (DQMET Company)'s business expanding continuously, its contract number and types are increasing. However, the traditional contract management has been unable to meet company's demand owing to its low level, backward contract management method, and weak risk awareness. The reform of company contract management process and method is imperative and there is an urgent need of a sound contract management information system for DQMET Company.This paper took the contract management theory, the project organization theory, the project plan theory and the project control theory as a foundation. Based on the research of management information system, and according to DQMET Company contract management's status and existing problems, this paper studied of contract management system and established a perfect contract management information system. Firstly, the B/S (Browse/Server) development framework and J2EE (Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition) development platform were selected based on the review of contract management and management information system. Secondly, the background of system development and the rough demand analysis of company contract management information system were introduced based on the summary of DQMET Company contract management's status. Thirdly, framework design, function module design, database design, interface design and running design were proposed in detailedly. Finally, DQMET Company contract management information system based on B/S and J2EE was implemented by Java programming. This system included the following function modules, such as system management, the provider and customer management, the sales contract management, the stock contract management, the contract sign in and signs out management, etc. This system has been used in the actual company. Through the implementation of this system, the contract handling speed and working efficiency has been greatly improved and contract management work has been reduced. All in all, this contract management information system plays a very active role in improving contract approval efficiency, reducing company management cost, scientifically and efficiently managing contract information, increasing transparency, improving supervision and control ability, and effectively preventing and controlling the contract risk.
