Research And Implementation Of Office Automation System Base On B/S Architecture

With the vigorous development of the college, the university’s admissions havebeen expanding, campus infrastructure maturing. The traditional peer file transfer,personnel changes, attendance management mostly rely on manual or stand-alone tocomplete the establishment of the office automation systems for their own institutionsas problems to be solved in the process of University information. Therefo re study howto establish an efficient, convenient, secure office automation system is of greatsignificance.This paper introduces the background of system development at home and abroadoffice automation development status and trends analysis, combined with the actualbusiness needs of our hospital, elaborate system needs to solve the problem. Followedby analysis of the needs of the university office automation system, system architecture,workflow, system functions, data structures and modules overall design based on B/Sthree-tier system structure, ASP.NET technologies to develop Web combined with thedevelopment program of the page and the SQL Server2008database managementsystem. Complete personnel management, schedule management, documentmanagement, messaging, systems management, and time and attendance management,analysis and design of six modules. Finally, detailed introduction to each moduleimplementation and operational deployment, and system testing. The system hassuccessfully passed the tests in my school and have a trial run, to achieve the desiredobjectives, to improve the efficiency and management level personnel managers, schoolmanagement more scientific and efficient.
