Establishment Of Haiyang Experimental Forest Training Information System Based-on Information Service

Nowadays, the informatization tendency increasingly enhanced men’s awareness for capturing information. Moreover, as both the software and hardware environment of the network develop, people’s demands are not simply restricted to the quantity and variety of information any more, but also present personalization prospect more and more apparently. The existences of users’ demands for information and service agent’s information providing constitute the basis of the interdependent system. As the informatization progresses acceleratively, how to optimize the Information Service, at the same time, has become the focus for all the researchers. Under this background,Providing the Personalized Services to Clients has been approved as the technical core for all information platform, e.g. the information system.Based upon the field research in the Training Base of HaiYang Experimental Forest Farm, which is attached to the Liaoning Forestry Vocational and Technical College, the exposed problems on both the Training Management and the Training Instruction are generalized. And then, the analysis about the information service is conducted, followed by an specific solution, i.e. the establishment of Information System, is proposed to the problems discussed. The established Information System concentrates on the aim of "Providing the Personalized Services", for different users, it provides diverse, different and personalized information service on either Training Management or Training Instruction aspect.Through the comparative research between the common dynamic web page technique and network mode, the demand analysis of the Information System is accomplished. Subsequently, the design philosophy and the implementation means for the main service function are proposed. The Information System is established upon the three-layer configuration model based on the B/S mode and integrated with ASP.NET dynamic web page technique, adopting the program language C#under Visual Studio2010development environment. Meanwhile, visiting the Microsoft SQL server 2008through ADO.NET such that the interactive process can be implemented by utilizing the JavaScript language. All of them guarantee the integrity, operability and extensibility of the system.After the field test, the established Information Service System is proven to be applied into Training Management and Training Instruction effectively due to their strong practicability. And the significant reference and promotional value have also been presented.
