Research And Implementation Of The Decision Of Enterprise Business Intelligence Analysis Based On SAP

One of SAP BW (Business Information Warehouse) as SAP Business Intelligence (BI) integrated components to the data warehouse basis. On the one hand, BW to SAP and non-SAP data collection, storage, management, and analysis provides an integrated, business-oriented platform; on the other hand, it can intelligently manage the entire information system and dig out from the mass of data is the most valuable information, providing decision support.In this paper, on the research background of construction projects based on the SAP BW decision analysis system in the enterprise, proceed from the underlying data warehouse, data warehouse through theories and knowledge of learning and research, combined with the current data warehouse modeling tool and the actual situation of the project requirements, and for the application and development of BW data warehouse model is explored in-depth research and new methods and implementation:(1) First, combines the latest SAP BW data warehouse model design method, using a three-tier system architecture, the system is designed in strict accordance with the MVC framework, so that the client and server were good separation, to optimize the system implementation process and avoid the process of building a system crash or unnecessary trouble(2) In the model design process, using star multidimensional structure of system to build the data warehouse model, using SID technology remove master data relationship with dimension table, respectively the business data and master data is stored in the fact table and dimension tables. Compared with the business data and primary data are stored in the traditional data of the same model, data access performance is improved and strengthened, the business data and master data also become independent of each other, improve the stability of the system. The custom data management and processing chain safeguard the stability of the data load and system data update. (3) on to SAP BW technology-based decision analysis system customization, data on the effects of abnormal conduct business operations prior warning, things in check, after reminding form of early warning indicators in line with the company’s needs. Data Report is designed to provide for the operational staff and demonstrate the initiative to obtain early warning information platform, e-mail, SMS push timely manner to reflect and remind the company headquarters marketing departments at all levels, management attention and financial analysis of sales data, the early warning function to meet the growing growth management requirements. The system achieve aim that improve of the enterprise decision-making ability, efficiency and the accuracy.
