With the fierce competition in the marketing economy environment, the enterprise andorganization depends largely on the accurate analysis and precise prediction of the market.However, failure of decision making caused by the lack of effective data and information existsas a common phenomenon. Nowadays, despite the popularization of the computer and therelation database system, the focus of the business processing of Management InformationSystem in enterprises is still on low level. But the basis of Decision Support System for middleand upper levels cannot meet the requirement of the current information processing. The factindicates that the development of Decision Support System based on data warehouse is on greatdemand.Data warehouse, data mining and mathematical modeling come into being relatively asthree data processing technologies. Data warehouse is used for data storage and organization,data mining for data analysis and mathematical modeling for modeling construction andknowledge discovery in database. Due to the connections of the above three technologies, theycan be combined into a new Decision Support System (DSS), which is a mathematical modelingsolution based on data warehouse.This paper is a study on the theory and the design of data warehouse. Based on the analysisof the administrative level and the large database warehouse in daily life, this article constructs athree level data warehouse configuration—database server at the bottom, OLAP server in themiddle and customer server on the top—by using data combination method andmulti-dimensional data model. The data warehouse model helps to construct the support systemand design the mathematical modeling Solution.Based on the design of the data warehouse system, the focus is on the math model system.In the first place, combined with the actual case of enterprise, it is researched that the methodand application of modeling methods based on data, such as Regression Analysis and Method ofLeast Squares and so on, which is called Mathematical Modeling of Customization. Next, onresearch methods of the mathematical modeling and software development, the design idea ofthe Algorithm Aggregate of Regression Analysis Function is put forward, and MathematicalModeling System of Automatic Optimization Algorithm is also analyzed and designedtechnically. By using this method, the article also analyzes the data of administration collectedfrom the Shengli Oil Field and establishes a lot of math models for production andadministration of oil fields. Those models achieve great effects on the business prediction andanalysis. The last part is a summary of the application of mathematical modeling technology basedon date warehouse, and the future development of this technology is also discussed.
