Rail cars were the auxiliary transportation equipment in tthe current major coalmine,its performance directly determines the level of coal mine transport efficiency, thispaper we study on these issues based on double S7-300PLC (Programmable LogicController) control systems.traditional rail vehicles control system uses a single PLCcontrol, once PLC fault,the entire rail car will not run and affect the transport, the paperstudied the system has a redundant system consisting of dual PLC, if one PLC fails,another PLC will run immediately, without causing rail cars to stop running.through thedebug it verified the stability of the system.According to depth studied on the operationprinciple of S7-300programmable logic controller’s functions, the corresponding modulesof input and output,the principles of inverter and so on,we design the rail car’s hardwarestructure based on dual-S7-300PLC redundant control system, which relative lower costsin S7-400PLC and easier components.this paper designes the control program with thedual-redundant S7-300PLC based on the hardware of the redundant control system. asopposed to the traditional S7-400PLC redundancy package, the design is more simple, andeasy to prepare, and this paper addes the parameter setting function and passwordprotection function,according to the parameter setting functions,the operator can set railvehicle operating parameters with the actual conditions,the password protection featurecan prevent non-professionals freely changing the parameters which will cause accidents.This article according to a detailed study of Fujin’s V810CD display, we designinteractive interface of the rail vehicle control system,, the operator can understand thecar’s operating parameters,status fault and casue of the fault through the display and soon.Finally, depthly study on the OPC (OLE for Process Control) technology principle, wedesigned the communnication of the PLC and coal Inoue IPC based on Etherne,using OPCserver we can solve the debug of PLC and industrial control software incompatibility,through the field test,we verify the feasibility of the communication.
