With the development of energy recovery technology, more and more energyrecovery device of liquid pressure are applied to all production processes of high and lowvoltage conversion in liquid. The volumetric device can not only realize energy recycling,but also bring the economic benefits to the enterprise.The liquid pressure energy recoverydevice has a wide application range and a high energy recovery efficiency. Problems mayexist, because the device is composed of a hydraulic cylinder and it has a large volume,soit is difficult to be debugged. Aiming at these problems, this thesis designed the fluidpressure energy by experimental test system to test on the energy recovery device,improved the quality of energy recovery device and recovery efficiency.Volumetric liquid pressure energy recovery device is studied in this thesis. Aimingat the possible problems, this thesis designed the process of test system with liquidpressure energy utilized and put forward several experimental contents and methods.According to the technological process and experimental content system, the electriccontrol system and human-computer interaction system are designed. And according to therequirements of the operation of the system, the control algorithm is studied.According to the requirements of the control system, this thesis utilized the PIDcontrol algorithm to control the system pressure, flow, so that the system can run stably.The system used PLC as the core of the electrical control system, introduced theapplication and programming of PLC, the control of each link of the test system, so thatthe system can automatically run. The system applicated KingView software, designed theman-machine interactive system, communicated with PLC, set up the testing system ofman-machine interface, so the real-time monitoring and operation can be run on thesystem. Using the real-time curve and history trend curve of the Kingview is very good toanalysis the data of energy recovery device, to find the problem, to solve the problem ofenergy recovery device, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of recovery, so that abetter energy recovery work.
