| Communication technology is one of the core technologies of the modern information society.The improper selection of the heat dissipation method of the communication equipment room will cause the communication equipment to be damaged due to excessive temperature,which will make the communication system paralyzed and cause serious economic losses.With the rapid development of information technology,the number of communication equipment in various countries in the world is becoming larger and more integrated,the power consumption of communication room and the heating amount of equipment is increasing.Traditional cabinet cooling methods can not meet the heat dissipation needs of the engine room,but also cause a lot of energy waste.Therefore,it is an urgent requirement to find an energy-saving cooling method to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction in the engine room,and liquid cooling technology is one of the effective methods.This paper presents a kind of cabinet baffle heat exchanger,designs closed and open water-cooled heat dissipation systems,and establishes an experimental platform.In order to test and study the heat dissipation performance of two kinds of baffle heat exchangers under different heating power of heat source,circulating water flow and air velocity in cabinet.In the heat dissipation performance test of the separator heat exchanger in the closed water-cooled cabinet,when the heating power of simulated heat source increases from 400 W to 1600 W,the heat dissipation of heat exchanger increases linearly and the heat dissipation efficiency decreases gradually;when the cooling circulating water flow in heat exchanger increases from 300L/h to 750L/h,the heat dissipation of heat exchanger increases gradually,but the increase is small.When the air flow rate in the cabinet increases from 1m/s to 5m/s,the heat dissipation and heat dissipation efficiency of the heat exchanger decrease.During the 4h experimental test,the maximum heat dissipation of the heat exchanger is 11141.8 kJ,the maximum heat dissipation efficiency is 65.2%,the average heat dissipation efficiency is about 52.0%,and the highest water temperature in the hot water storage tank is 54.2℃.The coefficient of thermal performance(COP)up to 4.2,the maximum air temperature in the communication cabinet is 78.1℃,within the safe temperature 80℃ of the cabinet.In the test of the heat dissipation performance of the separator heat exchanger in the open water-cooled cabinet,the heating power of heat source has the same effect on the heat dissipation of the heat exchanger as the closed type.And the circulating water flow rate and the air flow rate have little effect on the heat dissipation.After 4 hours of testing,it is found that the maximum heat dissipation of the heat exchanger is 5624.6 kJ,the maximum heat dissipation efficiency is 39.7%,the average heat dissipation efficiency is about 32.5%,the maximum water temperature in the hot water storage tank is 37.7℃,the maximum heat dissipation coefficient(COP)is 2.1,and the maximum air temperature in the communication cabinet is 43.1℃,which is much lower than the safe temperature of the cabinet.Among the closed and open liquid-cooled heat sinks in this paper,the heat exchanger in the closed heat sink has better heat dissipation effect,the maximum heat dissipation is 1.98 times that of the open heat sink,the heat dissipation efficiency is 1.64 times that of the open heat sink,and the coefficient of heat dissipation performance(COP)is 2 times that of the open heat sink.In addition,compared with the traditional cabinet cooling mode,the two liquid-cooled heat sinks designed in this paper can save 2369.6 yuan per year and recover the investment cost within 10 months. |
