The micro-differential pressure sensors are widely used in engineering environment. Itis used to detect the flow of fluids in the production processes running, pressure and otherparameters of field instruments. Compared with the traditional micro-pressure sensors,magnetic fluid micro differential pressure sensor with magnetic fluid as the core has asimple structure, light weight, wide measurement range, good linearity.This paper takes Data Acquisition System as the core,apply virtual instrumenttechnology, achieve magnetic fluid micro pressure sensor data acquisition and processingand provide the experimental means for further study. Firstly, study the magnetic fluidmicro pressure sensor of the physical structure and working principle, design the hardwarecircuit of signal collection system and put forward the measures of anti interference insignal acquisition system. Secondly, achieve the software design of micro differentialpressure sensor data acquisition system of magnetic fluid, design the data acquisition, dataprocessing, data storage and playback module and debug the system. Finally, conduct amagnetic fluid micro pressure sensor static test and analyze the experimental results and theexperimental error deviation.
