Dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) is an important industrial raw material; it iswidely used in the manufacture of pesticides, dyes and saccharin product. With thecontinuous development of the domestic industry, the demand forDinitrochlorobenzene also growing. Currently, the main means of obtainingDinitrochlorobenzene is through nitration reaction, the acid-chlorobenzene inaccordance with a certain proportion of mixed acid into the reaction kettle fullreaction. Since the nitration reaction is a strongly exothermic, toxic, highly corrosive,flammable and explosive dangerous process, so the entire production process,production of mixed acid, add acid chlorobenzene, controlling the reaction process,and production facilities to ensure personal safety and other safety and productionautomation control is very important.This paper introduces the basic chemical principles nitration reaction, from theproduction of mixed acid nitration reaction to the monitoring process, to the finalwashing and caustic, and the entire production chain of automatic control and securityprocesses from multiple perspectives illustrate donator build issues chlorobenzeneproduction process to achieve automatic control system and safety system.In the control system described in this article, we use a PLC and a variety ofelectronic control components to implement actions to control the production process,while using a variety of types of sensors to monitor production processes, andultimately the automated production system, effectively isolate the scene anddangerous operatives, improve production efficiency, guarantee safety for enterprisesto improve production efficiency, reduce costs, protect the safety of staff andfacilities to lay a solid foundation for the hardware.The system used in the current mainstream S7-300PLC as the main controller,using Configuration software with PLC to monitor the production site, to connectusing the MPI communication workshop control room and offices at all levels ofleadership, to build a LAN control, making staff at all levels can be monitored andcontrolled production site working status through the computer.
