With people’s living standard improving, higher requirements on the quality of theproducts were put forward. In the course of processing products, homogenization technologycan not only improve the stability and nutrient absorption of the product, but also can improvethe utilization rate of material. Homogenization technology increasingly Demonstrate thesuperiority. It has become the essential process of fluid, semi fluid production.At present, most enterprises are still using manual or semi-automaticmode of productionin the product processing methods. The control mode is long and inefficient. It doesn’t accordwith the development trend of modern market requirements. Manual workers need to worklong time. Once the defective products are set into the market, it will seriously underminethe interests of customers and enterprise image and reputation. The traditional control methodcan not meet the demand of advanced production. There is an urgent need for a high degree ofautomatic method to meet market demand. Full automatic homogenizing machine controlsystem can solve these problems. Combining with the actual situation of homogenizingmachine and the industrialization operation, the research provides a full automatic controlsystem to ensure normal production, improve production efficiency, has wide market future.The system uses a distributed control mode, the use of IPC as a PC monitor, the basicfunction of the observed scene work, movement and control equipment to adjust productionparameters, based on user requirements and system control, configuration of the equipmentoperation interface, production process interface parameters set interface, alarm interface anddata display interface to facilitate the customer’s use and operation; using Siemens S7-200series PLC control field workflow and data collection showed that the production process isdivided into the cleaning process and automated production processes. Self-locking,interlocking and Emergency protective measures were joined in the program to ensureproduction safety. Monitoring station via OPC communication technology to achieve lowermachine PLC and realize the recipe download, simple and intuitive interface, easy to operate.Contact between the homogenizer system equipment closely failure somewhere if notpromptly treated, may produce a chain reaction, would make failure expansion, resulting inthe entire production process can not operate normally, and even lead to a huge loss of peopleand property. It is particularly important that how to ensure the safety of homogeneousproduction process and reducing the incidence of failure, Pot of emulsion production processanalysis to determine the fault symptoms and fault types, input and output them as BP neuralnetwork hidden layer nodes for different training, starting from the viewpoint of convergenceand training time, choose the best hidden layer node, then the fault samples for diagnosistraining. Examples of homogeneous diagnostic machine to verify the BP neural network canaccurately identify the common types of equipment failures, in order to verify the validity ofthe fault diagnosis system.
