Shopping on the E-commerce websites has become an important behavior. Mostof people tend to trust the recommendations from the others when shopping, so thoseE-commerce websites which take “share” and “recommendation” into account hassignificantly help users solve the problems about shopping. Nowadays, how toencourage the users create more posts and comments is the key to make the social E-commerce website stand out. Therefore, researching on the user-experience ofcompleting the posting contents tasks is useful to improve user stickiness of thewebsites.This thesis analyzed and evaluated the elements influencing user-experience fromthe UGC tasks of social E-commerce websites, by studying on Meilishuo. First, thisthesis concludes the research theory and methods, basing on the social E-commerce,UGC and user-experience relating studies. Second, it also inducted the UGC task modelof social E-commerce websites. That is to say this study build the social user-experiencemodel of E-commerce websites by combining user-experience elements and social E-commerce websites. It also build the UGC model and concludes that the user-experience elements of UGC models include sensory experience, interaction experienceand emotion experience.This study iterative optimized user-experience elements by conducting tasks testsamong six participants and in-depth interviewing six users. It figured out what user-experience elements (Sensory Experience, Function Experience, InformationExperience, Emotion Experience and Technology Experience.) would influence userscompleting the UGC tasks by analyzing the questionnaires. At the same time, itacquired the rating scores about user-experience elements from participants. Finally,taking the rating sore into account, optimized design the user interfaces of Meilishuoemployed in the UGC tasks.
