Social commerce is a new derivative model of e-commerce, which is draw support from the transmission of the social networking site, SNS, micro-blog, Micro message and other social media, through social interaction, user-generated content and other means to assist in the purchase and sale of goods act. With the coming of Web2.0era, e-commerce and social media networks have been developed to a relatively mature stage, socialization-commerce will become the future development trend of electronic business.During my internship in the company, I access to the Viishare website project, in the project mainly responsible for the overall structure and the user experience design. Th e client first hope the website can be integrated into the social function in the electronic commerce platform, users can buy goods and chat interaction in the website. Through the deepening of understanding, I found that it belongs to the category of social e-commer ce. Through social media tools, Users can bring higher human atmosphere and conversio n rate for electric business platform, so as to bring larger commercial value and larger p rofit margins for the business.The innovations of this paper lies in the fusion between social networking platform and electronic commerce social commerce. Take "customer shopping experience demand " as the guide, I found that the shopping behavior in the traditional shopping and socia1psychological characteristics through the user experience design method, and establish a new model of user experience. Through the new user experience model, I find the pot ential psychological needs of users when shopping, and redesign the Viishare website. T hrough do social media seamless link with the electronic commerce, to give users a new shopping experience.
