A lot of papers only consider a static environment and production scheduling problem. ignoring emergency in production.in a word, the theory are far away from practical application. thereby, in order to making modern processes enterprises with high quality, low consumption of soft capacity to quickly respond to market, we should card some actual problems we facing in sheduling management, study some sheduling methods Meeting the actual needs of production, establish an effective management system for production scheduling.This paper focus on the scheduling management of typical sheduling enterprises(ZY group). This enterprise is analyzed some problems existing in the production scheduling management. For example, the production information is scattered and it's easy to form information island; Logistics management modernization level is not high;It's not enough to real-time monitoring system; It's not high to energy measurement and modern management level; It's not enough to execution of scheduling team and so on. Finding out these problems existing in the enterprises, we should put forward a feasible solution. Therefore this paper in the next chapters puts forward different measures for different questions. For example, we can set up a scheme implementing visualization of scheduling based on real-time information system. Namely we implement real-time surveillance in the whole production process. We can set up modern logistics management based on the railway transportation scheduling schemes. The most important is to construct the super execution scheduling management team, thus the dispatcher may adapt to new scheduling management system. By reference of previous studies and practice about production scheduling, proposed establishment of the meeting production scheduling system in combination with the actual demand for enterprise production network resources and intelligent real-time monitoring system. Achieve digital and visua production sheduling management. this system can provide dispatcher with real-time scheduling information and help them get the information of various resources in production site. It also grasp burst errors of the production system, shortened the time of delivery, enhance the management of the accuracy and promptness. This method is based on the just-in-time dynamics ideology,and improve provious methods.
