Design Of Visualizing Management Information System And Its Implementation

With the continuous reform and development of state-owned economy, manylarge state-owned enterprises development mode has shifted from the real economy tothe combining between the real economy and virtual economy. Therefore,theenterprise have rapid increase in assets number and variety.In order to adapt to thischanges, there would be much more higher requirements to asset management.According to most of enterprise assets features at present that high intensity, largequantity, many types and Distribution location relatively scattered, the users not onlyneeds to be able to quickly view the assets and data interactive operations, but alsorequires the related asset business information can associated with asset ofgeographic information. So that enterprise’s asset managers can quickly acquire theassets physical location and control of assets related information and spacedistribution timely.This paper put forward the asset visualization scheme for the whole assetmanagement based on users growing demand for asset visualization and assetinformation model and visual information assets model is set up based on total assetsmanagement. And it exploit asset visualization system which can interact with assetmanagement information system based on WebGIS Technology and Silverlight RichClient Technology.The Asset visualization system can implement the functions ofdata collection, management, analysis and query, etc for the related to geographicinformation.Through the visual management of assets and business operations ofgraphic navigation and custom process management to meet infinite level dailycontrol.Meanwhile, this paper also introduce the principal component analysis (pca) tothe total asset management.Through this kind of the reduce dimension’s technology,synthesized multiple evaluation indexes in Business Management into a fewprincipal components and show to the manager in in the form of visual intuitive. Toprovide auxiliary decision through the analysis of the results for the enterprise assetmanagement. The application of WebGIS technology in enterprise management and achievethe visual management of the enterprise is still in early stages in our country. So it issignificant to study enterprise visualization system. Through the visual managementof enterprise assets, it would be increasingly important to reduce the enterprise assetmaintenance cost and improving the efficiency of the assets. This requests abreakthrough in terms of asset management informationization. Asset managementinformationization is of great significance to improve the core competitiveness ofenterprises.
