As a technology-intensive enterprises, equipments of Xi ’an institute of powerelectronics technology come from more than ten countries and regions of the world.The equipments have a wide range of technical complexity and special types. Beforeand mostly people take the artificial method to management procurement, parameter,inventory, maintenance and scrapping record of semiconductor equipment It islaborious、increasing labor costs and unit burden.This paper is aiming at these problems and taking xi ’an institute of powerelectronic technology as an example. It uses.NET based on Web to managementequipment system. The system is based on B/S architecture combined with SQLServer2008database technology. The implementation of the whole life cycle ofsemiconductor equipment centralized management is divided into equipmentprocurement management, account management, inventory management, operationmanagement, maintenance and management, system management. It has seven mainfunctional modules. The system is currently in a functional test and other aspects oftest in line with the original design requirements. The System has strongpracticability、high security、easy to operate and low coupling strengths, whichimproves the working efficiency and reduces the error rate.
