The Design And Implementation Of The Students Information Management System Of Nanjing Audit University

Since the beginning of 1999, to solve the economic and employment problem, the educational reform policy of enrollment in colleges and universities has been implemented.Based on enrollment, the number of students that need to be managed in colleges and universities increased. Thus, it makes the schools spend a lot of time and experience in the student management, which lead the managements in efficiency and accuracy are relatively low. Under this background, this thesis designs and develops a student information management system based on open source framework for the Nanjing Audit University.Through the re-construction of Nanjing Audit University student information management system, the main purpose of the thesis is overcoming the current running system that can not cover still use manual operation and maintenance problems. And we hope the new system can improve the students’ information management and maintenance and provide a good interface for other systems that being developed. For example, the student management system needs to obtain basic information of students from this student information management system. At the same time, it also provides convenient multi-dimensional query methods and accurate information for system users, which promoting the automation process related to the management of the school students.Based on the needs of the student information management system about the school and the interfacefor other systems, this thesis analyzed the processes and functional modules of the student information management in detail.The system is developed by using Java programming language, B / S architecture. In the development process, weused the SSI open framework to develop the system. And the database of the system is Oracle11 g.The functional modules of the system after discussion and detailed analysis are the system management module, system login module, student information management module, course management module, student management module.Based on the analysis of the functional modules, the thesis describes the design of each module in detail. At the same time, the thesis describes the database tables about each corresponding module in detail, which giving the E-R diagram of the system and the properties for each database table fields. And the thesis introduces the logical network architecture of the system, system implementation technology selection and technology framework. Then, according to the system module and database design, the thesis implements the function of each module by using related developed technology and gives the key codes and system screenshot system. In order to verify the functionality of the system that to be designed and implemented meets all of the functional requirements, the thesisexecutes the software testing about the system. Weshow the contents of the list, and execute each of the contents and get the system testing results, which verify the correctness of the system functionsand get the development achievement of the system.
