The Design And Implementation Of Adult Education System Based On Moodle

Education is divided into a variety of forms, online education as therepresentative of network education has rapidly developed in the last decade. This isone aspect of the internet changed the world. In network education, online educationplatform can break time and geographic dislocation between teachers and students,the more knowledge acquisition needs can be met. According to the real-timeinformation, it allows teachers to keep abreast of learning progress of students andcarry out teaching activities. Online education platform has become the adulteducation teaching trend, the online education system based on WEB is thedevelopment direction of the modern distance education.The existing use of the online education system and new demand of the systemin adult education college were researched and targeted analyzed. On this basis, thispaper using Moodle as the system development platform proposed a WEB-basedonline assisted instruction system, introduced the system design scheme, anddescribed the main function module design ideas and implementation methods.The system used the Moodle architecture technologies to realize the design anddevelopment of online education system. The system mainly includs: coursewaredownload, teaching video playback, online examination, consultation, BBS functionmodule, etc. This system can meet the basic requirement of online learning, and alsocan be further expanded in functionality.
