The ultimate ideal of education is to achieve comprehensive development, whichadhere to putting the education as the basis, and the moral education as the first, so asthe college ideological and political workers, who are the students’ mentor, especially asthe network counselors of college students should make good use of the network toactualize the Ideological and Political Education, concerning about the thought ofcollege students in the network dynamic and emotional changes, taking effective meansto educate and guide their students, and only in this way the college students canachieve comprehensive, harmonious and healthy development. The ultimate purpose ofthe Emotional Education and the Ideological and Political Education is accordant, atthe meantime the former is the important means and contents of the latter.Research and application of Moodle is a hot topic at present, the networkcounselors that carry out the study of the emotional education in the Moodleenvironment is very important for us. They should focus on these new problems andphenomena, and take actions to solve them and adjust to the new situation of theIdeological and Political Education.The study starts from the Emotional Education, and bases on the Moodle platform,which has powerful educational function, concerning about college political instructorswho are specializing in the network Ideological and Political Education with theinvestigation methods and case study. Meanwhile, the study analyzes how theyimplement the Emotional Education on the Moodle platform, how they analyze andinvestigate problems about athymia or absence of emotion in network education. Finallythe study summarizes the effective approaches of developing the Emotional Education,especially about how to put the emotional attainment and emotional quality of trainingin practice.The followings are the significance of this study, they are:1. Constructing a PHP platform for the Emotional Education system throughanalyzing the feasibility of the Moodle environment;2. Running a system of the modular object-oriented dynamic learning environmentbased on the Moodle’s emotional education system; 3. Verifying the expected design goals by debugging and operating the Moodle’seducational system.The article is divided into three parts, namely seven chapters. The first part is thebasic theory, of which the first chapter expatiates on the background, significance andbasic thinking of the study; the second chapter analyzes and introduces relative theoriesand technical foundation. The second part is the practice and application, of which thethird chapter is based on the feasibility and demand analysis of Moodle’s environmentemotional education system; the fourth chapter introduces the building process of theWindows+IIS+Mysql+PHP platform for visualizations, which is designed accordingto the Moodle’s environment emotional education system; the fifth and sixth chapter areabout implementing and testing the Emotional Education system, and verifying theeffectiveness of the Emotional Education system. The third part, that is the seventhchapter, is the summary and expectation of the study, in which the author gives acomprehensive summary of the entire paper and reflection on how to propose futureresearch.
