Design And Implementation Of Recruitment Searching System Based On JavaEE

Based on the reality of the high school and its students, this paper implementedthe integration of the recruitment information in the web database based on JavaEEtechnology. A recruitment system, including an online interview sub-system, wasintroduced in this paper, and its characteristics were as following:1. When crawling the information in the internet based on JavaEE, a newtechnology was proposed based on the tools Watir, which could be used toauto-submit the query request for web database. This method resolved the retrievaldifficulty for the web pages which was design by the technology of AJAX, JavaScriptand other dynamic page technology.2. Though the structured data were saved in the database, they were displayed byHTML, which was semi-structure. To extract the data, this paper implemented theextraction method based on the rules and regular-extraction, thinking about theefficiency of the system and the reality needs.3. An online interview sub-system was implemented in this paper based on Flash,which can be used on the platform of PC and Mobile terminal.When the paper was implemented, it can supply more recruitment informationfor university students and can bridge the talents and enterprises. It would generatemore economic and social benefit.
