With development of modern science and technology, it is a wide and deep problemfor small, medium or large enterprises to do modern management in ERP. ERP in ourcountry started in late1980. It grows better recently because of more limitation. Whensteps of informatization are faster and faster, the need for ERP implementationbecomes more and more. An enterprise must carry out informationalized constructionif it wants to be a modern one nowadays. Meanwhile, this construction is a verysignificant means to enhance information share; raising work productivity andreducing cost. Therefore, it help the enterprise to find out new economic growth. This paper informs I had a research and developed through cooperating ordermanagement system in Lenovo. Analyze every function in Lenovo in its owncomputer service platform. Also research more in iteration development. This systeminvolves material collection、work plan、manufacture and order delivery. It couldmanage flow of supplies with scientific, effective and regulatory methods. Theco-order system can monitor the amount and money of inventory immediately. As aresult, it increases productivity in policy making and business accounting. When webuild up unified info platform, we could optimize and construct information flow. This system integrates multiple departments to reduce data overlay and ensure flow’sorder and security. Because of high integration, it immediately updates client’s orders, inventory, purchase. Also users could integrate and share data. It will take loweroperation cost and bring high profit and work efficiency. This paper presents the collaborative modeling process based on analysis offeatures and requirements on co-order system. It also gives use-case model, analysismodel and design model.
