LTE-Advanced system is backward compatible with the link adaptive, MIMO and OFDM technology of LTE system, and it has further proposed Coordinated Multi-Points transmission(CoMP), Relay, Carrier Aggregation and Enhanced MIMO technology and other key technologies. CoMP is considered as a key technology to mitigate the inter-cell interference, to improve the cell-edge throughput and system throughput, including CoMP set management is an important part of the CoMP technology research. Due to the lack of spectrum resources can’t meet quickly increasing business demands of LTE-Advanced system, while some spectrum resources of other licensed bands are under-utilization, it needs to deploy a coexistence network to opportunistically the problem. Therefore, Authorized Shared Access(ASA) technique has been proposed to achieve licensed spectrum sharing between ASA licensed users and incumbent users, and to optimize the efficiency of spectrum use.This thesis considers the scenario where the LTE-A system coexists with primary systems, we research CoMP set management problems based on ASA spectrum change. According to two different environments for stationary and mobile users, we put forward several corresponding optimization schemes. These schemes are simulated and analyzed. The main component is as follows:Firstly, the thesis studies the structure of LTE-Advanced system and current research and research focus of CoMP technology, and simulation analyzes the performance gain of CoMP. And, the thesis Researches and analyzes the related content of new authorized shared access technology.Secondly, the thesis analyzes the problems and the insufficiency of the traditional CoMP cooperating set management scheme based on the researched scenario, and proposes a static CoMP cooperating set management optimization scheme based on the CoMP central controller from the perspective of obtaining ASA spectrum change in advance. The simulation result shows that the optimization scheme can effectively solve the CoMP cooperating set management problems due to dynamic change of ASA spectrum, and guarantee the cooperating user’s quality of service, and improve the system spectrum efficiency.Finally, according to the proposed static optimization scheme, the thesis analyzes the problems caused by user mobility, and proposes a dynamic CoMP cooperating set management optimization scheme based on the CoMP central controller. The scheme manages CoMP cooperating set by dynamic obtaining cells’ASA spectrum availability of outside current CoMP cooperating set, and solves the insufficiency in terms of user mobility. During the period of traditional method for managing CoMP cooperating set, the simulation result shows that the optimization scheme can improve the user performance of significantly for SINR and throughput compared with the traditional scheme, and greatly improve the system spectrum efficiency.
