Today's auto market is a buyer's market, so it is very important for enterprises to meet customers' diversity and individuality demands while maintaining mass production cost-efficiency advantage. ATO(Assemble to Order) is a production planning method which is gradually developed in the multi-product, small batch production enterprises in recent years, this production planning has advantages such as short product delivery time, resilient and less or basically no product inventory when it meet customers' individual requirements partially, therefore, ATO conform the current competitive market environment. But, to meet ATO, the enterprise information level must be developed much. Getting orders is the first step of productive activities to those ATO vehicle manufacturers. Therefore, orders operational collaboration between automobile assembly-to-order manufacturing enterprises with their dealers can be improved by a new solution channels with the ASP Platform when China's small and medium-sized automobile manufacturing enterprise's information level is low.Information environment, sales model features, problems of orders business collaboration in medium-sized automobile manufacturers are analyzed, the product data structure difference of different motor manufacturing is analyzed too. Then, System Solutions for order management based on ASP-based Collaborative Business Platform for Automotive Industrial Chain is brought out. A database is designed to meet orders and product data structure differences. The Web Services technology is researched as data exchange method. The data exchange XML Schema standards for ASP-based Collaborative Business Platform for Automotive Industrial Chain has been developed.
