Order Management Information Systems Design And Implementation

In the wake of china's entering to WTO, a rapid change is going to take part in enterprise management mechanism and especially to the hi-tech enterprise in the ambience of impetuous market competition and if we want to survive in this rapid changeable market economy, we must effectively carry through some reformation and reinforcement of the enterprise management. In the light of modern information technology and management exoterica, establishment of enterprise management information system is quite imperative under the situation.Order for goods, production mode is the real aspect of modern enterprise development, it's the mode of combining the enterprise production and market trends, moreover it's the system which clings to the modern communication and information technology. This paper uses the paradigm of an order form management system using the VB+ACCESS technology to analysis and research further more about the order form management system.In this paper first of all a brief overview of the history and development of management information system is given. Subsequently a system analysis of the order form management information system is being shown here. The system analysis includes the three parts, such as?feasibility analysis, order form function requirement analysis and order form system logic analysis.The 3rd chapter of this paper gives an introduction to the order form system designing.In begining of this chapter, brief elaboration of the fundamentals of system design, system collective structural design, and design of database and user interface is given.The implement of order form system is shown in the 4th chapter of this paper. In the beginning of this chapter introduction to the software development tools and database selection is given, later on it talks about the coding and system release. In the conclusion of this paper analysis of the key technology to implement the order form technology is given. This technology includes coding technology in Visual Basic, SQL technology, ADO data control technology, ACCESS database safety technology and three tier system structures.
