Human resources management system as the business enterprise personalmanagement department of the important system, to provide strong support for theenterprise operation, have been widely applied in the company or appear and themanagement of personnel work unit, for efficiently solve the human resourcesmanagement of information communication and work efficiency is low providesplatform. Now, the management system of human resources development and processmost are based on the demand of refined application and the large scale of the systemlocated in the key human resource management of human resources management inthe process of the key process, or link, not for human resources and comprehensivemanagement system.In order to completely change this state, people in this field is introduced into theSOA technology concept, in the original management system on the technology,realizing the function of business and systems integration and ascension, can providea unified, standard, based on the size of the dynamic integration service platform. Canwill be used different parts of the program function extraction, and as a service,according to the agreed in SOA service and the interface definition, and on the basisof different parts of the service realize loose coupling.The main content of this paper is, based on knowledge, the frame and the SOAWebService technology research, design based on the concept of SOA humanresource management system architecture. In the management system of humanresources are based on the analysis of the demand, the design gives up the system ofeach function module. According to management system in the implementation ofvarious business function requirements, completed the service discovery, serviceinterfaces and business process design work. According to system needs to do a greatdeal of inquires the needs of the work, this paper put forward in proposed can be usedfor the whole system of the simple inquires information inquires method, used to thecomplex system for a rapid inquires business, thus effectively improve the businessinformation query performance and efficiency.
