In recent years, the Chinese expressway construction developed rapidly. How to efficiently manage and build such a large-scale expressway construction projects is worthy to serious consideration and resolution by the expressway construction departments. Traditional management methods have been difficult to adapt the developing needs of the situation, the management with poor information and low efficiency is difficult to timely and effective monitoring of the dynamic expressway construction. The rapid development of information technology provides a very good condition and platforms for information management of the expressway constructionThis article sums up the problems of existing systems and proposes the expressway construction and management system which should aim to achieve from the macro to the micro-management basing on the analysis of the domestic and international expressway construction management system. Different from the project unit to manage of traditional software, the system proposed the concept of the overall management of provincial expressway. The system use WebService distributed data exchange technology to connect the two level platforms - the provincial platform for the Expressway Authority user and the project platform for the expressway construction project user. We built the model for the Expressway Dynamic Management System base on WebService technology. The system can not only to adapt the Expressway Authority’s needs to control the entire expressway project, but also to adapt to the needs for the owner of project to manage one expressway project.This article made the requirement analysis, the database design and the program design according to the current situation of Expressway construction. Focusing on base data codes are not unified, the difficulty of sharing data between the projects and slow speed of existing systems with a detailed account of the key technologies: integrated engineering division of technology, the data exchange technology based on WebService, the directory tree control based on Ajax technology and system security and optimization. We introduced the above techniques’implementation and advantages in detail based on analyzing the current situation and the lack of existing technology. Finally, this article was summarized, and described the inadequacies and the development of this article.
