In recent years,the recreational activities have been in full swing with the development of the society and economy.It is undeniable that a lot of casualties and economic losses occurred due to equipment safety problems,and equipment providers in most cases can only send professional engineers to do on-site repair after the device has failed,which reduces productivity and increases economic and human costs.It is an urgent problem to be solved in order to ensure the normal operation of stage equipments more efficiently and rationally.Based on the above problems,this article takes the stage control system controlled by Siemens PLC as an example,studied the key technical problems of remote diagnosis system for stage equipment and developed a remote diagnosis system based on B/S model.The main work is as follows.Firstly,the dissertation elaborated the configuration of the stage machinery equipments and the control requirements of the stage control system in detail.It analyzed the remote monitoring function requirements and equipment diagnostic system requirements of the stage equipment,and selected the stage boom as the diagnosis object,trained the neural network model by the sample data of its running data and real-time diagnostics its operation status.Secondly,studied how to realize remote interaction of data and remote diagnosis of equipment in depth.Adopted the remote control architecture based on B/S mode,implemented PLC data remote access by the transfer of cloud database,and achieved the operating data real-time monitoring of the stage equipment through the Web Service technology.Remote users can obtain real-time running data of the equipment on different platforms,which improves the system's scalability,and provides technical support for system development.Built a diagnosis model based on depth confidence network,obtained the optimal network model by sample data traind,then it is verified the correctness of the built model through appling to the real time fault diagnosis of boom equipmentFinally,according to the actual business requirements of the system,designed the overall architecture and the Web application functions of the system in detail.Realized remote diagnosis of the boom device by invoking the Python script file in the Visual Studio integrated development environment,and developed the stage equipment online monitoring module,user management module and the data management module.It is shown that the system has a reasonable design and goodperformance through debugging and actual operation.It can perform real-time diagnosis of the stage equipment's operation state.
