| Parameters, such as pressure, temperature, flowrate, vibration and electrical parameter,are involved in the operation process of water-injection station. The automaticmonitor andcontrol of these parameters are crucial for the oil field. These monitor devices are needed tobe universal and expandable because of the complexity of industrial applicationenvironment.The main work of this paper is design and realization of a modularsolution on monitorand control system. It means to divide the system into several disctinctive modules andeach one has a specific and definite function, but all of them are been developed by a sameplatform based on ARM and communicate with MODBUS protocol with a uniforminterface. At the beginning of this paper, it introduced the research status and advantages ofmonitor and control system on water-injection station and the data exchange protocol usedin this system. Then it gives the running mode of the whole system and the function of eachmodule, whose design and realization will be given in this paper later. At last, this systemare used in a water-injection station to test and verify the function of each module and theperformation of the whole system. |
