Design And Implementation Of EdX-based Massive Open Online Courses Platform

MOOC means massive open online courses,which is the most popular networkteaching mode in recent years. edX platform is one of the troika of MOOC platform.The paper builds a MOOC interactive platform which is based on open edX plat-form.The platform consists of two systems, one is learning management systemwhich is used mainly for students, the other is course management system which ismainly used for teachers. Students can watch a video course, online testing, onlinediscussions, peer assessment and do other operations on the platform. Teachers canedit and management courses, publishing high-quality courses on the platform. Theresearch of this paper involves MOOC platform analysis,the running mode of MOOCplatform, peer assessment algorithms, peer assessment algorithms,and so on.The requirement analysis of the MOOC interactive platform is presented..Firstly, the MOOC concept and characteristics is presented.Then, The paper gives theapplication scene of this problem,and then analyzed what functions the system shouldcomplete form different roles.
