As lack of user research and effective resource management, the development of existing MOOC virtual community have some problem, which lead to the user experience of the community have great discrepancy with user expectation.This study first analyzed the relevant theoretical research of MOOC virtual community and social interaction, summarized the constituent elements and interactive structure. which lead to the the introduction of interactive development concept.Then combined the user research to build the persona character, resulting in demand- task List. Finally used methods such as focus groups, mood boards to expansion design and development process, including the development of MOOC virtual communitie’s prototyping, visual creative design, functionality, content framework.The innovation of this paper is the combination of virtual learning theory and user research, which do a lot help to develop an interactive flow of MOOC virtual community. In addition, research build the persona of MOOC virtual community, provide a theoretical reference for the design and development of differentiated MOOC related products. |
