Sleep medicine is a new interdisciplinary subject to study the relationship between sleep and health.Sleep monitoring is an important means of sleep medicine research,It is through the sensors,instruments and so on to get the physiological signals of sleep,then these physiological signals were compared with standard sleep physiological signals to determine sleep conditions.At present,the more common sleep monitoring system is mainly " polysomnography monitoring system","micro sensitive mattress sleep monitoring system","video sleep monitoring system" and sleep monitoring Smart Bracelet,etc..The disadvantages of polysomnography system are the high cost and the complex equipment.In addition,all kinds of signal acquisition devices will interfere with the sleep,of the people,and then affect the accuracy of the monitoring results.The drawback of the "micro sensitive mattress sleep monitoring system" is that it is still unsatisfactory in terms of cost reduction and complexity reduction,and it needs less interference environment such as laboratory environment,so it is difficult to be promoted.The disadvantage of video sleep monitoring is to expose people's privacy.Smart Bracelet shortcomings are relatively low accuracy,can not be applied in high accuracy occasions such as medical requirements.This paper introduces a design method of mattress type sleep monitoring system based on flexible force sensor.The system uses an array of flexible force sensor to collect the human body motion signal,Through a certain technical means to establish a body movement-sleep relationship model to monitor sleep.The monitoring system has the advantages of low cost,equipment is simple,no special requirements for the use of the environment,the test personnel almost no interference and so on that compared with polysomnography and micro sensitive mattress monitoring.Have the advantages of no exposure compared with video monitoring.Have the advantages of high accuracy,no interference compared with the smart bracelet.The main contents of this paper include the following points:1.Construction of sleep monitoring system platform.It mainly includes the construction of the hardware acquisition system based on the.flexible force sensor.Construction of PC software acquisition platform.2.Sleep analysis algorithm.Image processing of the obtained body motion signal(Including frame difference analysis and gray barycenter method analysis),then acquired body movement characteristics(Amplitude and Frequency).then compared with video monitoring sleep,then determine the body movement-sleep staging threshold,then determine the sleep staging,at last is the sleep monitoring Report3.Algorithm comparison and verification.To determine the accuracy of the monitoring system,the monitoring system monitoring results were compared with the results of video monitoring results.
