Study on Evaluation of crane energy efficiency is to promote energy-savingemission reduction, the important basic research for large machinery of green designand manufacturing.Evaluation of energy efficiency on the premise that energyefficiency detection of cranes.Wireless sensor network technology has been widelyused in various industrial monitoring systems.This paper based on the participation ofwireless sensor network design on the crane energy efficiency detection,undertake thekey research and design on the Software for data collecting in crane energy efficiencydetection system under WSN.Crane efficiency relates to the crane design, depreciation, process and powerfactor,the power factor can be dynamic measuremented. In this paper, through the analysis ofcrane energy efficiency evaluation model, research the needs of crane energy efficiencytest data analysis, and design of crane energy efficiency detection of level Four datamodel (machine, Mechanism, equipment, link).According to the "black boxtheory" andsystem"decomposition theory" in the detection technology, And combining theassociated with the characteristics of between crane components, Study on the detectionmethods and means in different constitute segment of crane energy efficiency,Completed the design of crane energy efficiency detction data collection scheme. Atthe same time, Based on "energy increment method" to calculate the machine andcomponents of the energy method is proposed,to achieve energy efficiency be fastmeasuremented.By the crane energy efficiency of wireless sensor network detection system ofphysical constitution and the sensor layout, design the topology and structure of craneenergy efficiency detection in wireless sensor network. And completed the design ofcontrol node communication protocol between center node and sensor nodes. Thecentral node access to the data transmitted from sensor nodes by query way,then transfer data to PC through RS232serial port, Control node based on synchronousblocking work inquiry reading center node input buffer data, after data processing andsave. By the relationship between the various sectors of data collecting, gives thederivation of collection data’s acquisition and adjusted value. Realize the datacollection for crane operation.This software is written by C#language, design a friendly interactive interface, inorder to improve the reliability of software, various buttons and select the operation of man-machine interface, relatively perfect exception handling is designed. And displaythe data on the system operating interface by the list of data and chart. Through datachart, can dynamically image to show the change of the crane energy consumption,analyzing the correlation between the efficiency of qualitative data.In order to adapt to and compatible system software of evaluation, this paperdesigns two efficient data storage method Txt file format and Access file format.Research and realized using the SMTP protocol field crane energy efficiency datatransmission via the Internet.Finally, through many times laboratory and field testing of the system, after theanalysis of the test data obtained, the hardware and software of the system is stable andreliable work to achieve real-time data collection of crane energy efficiency detection.
