In recent years, sensor networks have experienced tremendous changes from wired connections to wireless networking. In particular, the creation of the Wireless Rechargeable Sensor Network(WRSN)enables sensors to be used in more complex and varied scenarios. However,in the sensor network using a fixed base station to collect data, the forwarding load of sensor nodes is extremely unbalanced. This phenomenon causes some sensor nodes to consume too much energy and is easier to run out of energy than other sensors. However, with the wide application of sensors, the industry has put forward higher requirements for the long-term and stable operation of sensor networks. Therefore,it is very important to carry out research on key technologies of WRSNs.For the data collection and charging strategy of WRSNs,the research in this paper is mainly from the following aspects:Aiming at the sensor network model with a single fixed base station,an energy balance data collection strategy based on simulated annealing algorithm(SAA)is proposed.Firstly, the method of node stratification and route initialization based on breadth-first search is given.Based on the hierarchical routing structure,an optimization problem is proposed to balance the energy consumption between nodes. For fast solution,an SAA based heuristic algorithm is proposed.By optimizing the links between nodes layer by layer, the routing tree with the best energy balance performance is obtained. The simulation results show that the proposed energy balanced data collection strategy based on the SAA has longer node-free dead running time than traditional Dijkstra-based algorithm, and the energy balance and energy utilization efficiency are better.Aiming at the sensor network model with the cooperation of double stations,a joint data collection and charging strategy based on the SAA is proposed. This strategy first establishes a joint optimization problem with the goal of balancing the energy consumption between nodes. In order to reduce the difficulty of solving, the optimization problem is decomposed into two sub-problems including route optimization and charging path optimization. Two heuristic algorithms based on the SAA are proposed to solve the corresponding sub-problems.By solving the optimal solutions of sub-problems,the optimal solution set of the joint optimization problem is finally obtained. The simulation results show that the proposed joint optimization strategy based on the SAA has better energy balance performance than traditional strategy and improves the residual energy of low energy nodes. In summary, the data collection and charging strategy of the wireless rechargeable sensor network proposed in this paper can effectively improve the energy balance between nodes and effectively reduce the number of high energy consumption and low energy nodes. It extends the running time of the network and improves the stability of network operation. This paper has made some contributions to the research in related fields.
