Coal is the basis of the energy industry in China and has a huge contribution on the growthof the national economy. Informationization construction of coal industry become increasinglyprominent, and become a inevitable trend with the deepening reform of China.The article is based on the mainstream3G standard--TD-SCDMA technology, and combinewith the core of next generation IP multimedia subsystem (IMS:IP Multimedia Subsystem),make information business development and application in industry. First of all it is introducedthe time background of informatization plan, and brief explanation to achieve message exchangeas the topic research significance through put forward by derivation of TD technology and theadvantage of IMS. Secondly, it is devised TD private network and IMS integration informationsolutions, and described the overall architecture of system and the network construction mode,detailed the equipment component of the network, and analyzed many types of business whichthe network support. And then two types of agreement which implement the message type ofbusiness is carried out a detailed study. Analysis the characteristics and hierarchical structure ofshort message protocol and have a clear vision to protocol services and primitives, in view of thedifferent coding format have a example. Explore in detail the hierarchical structure andmessaging elements of the Session Initiation Protocol, according to the agreement of generalsimplicity make in-depth research for the MESSAGE part and analysis the MESSAGE extensionmechanism. Shortly thereafter put forward the overall application framework for short messageservice and SIP Instant Messaging service and exchange implements two types of businesses.Design short message of SM-MO, SM-MT process and analysis the message transformation andinteraction process in modules.Also design the SIP MESSAGE of MO, MT process, and will docomprehensive analysis modules.Finally achieved TD short messages and SIP instant messages interoperability according to the design scheme, and completed validation testing based on the design of test cases. Testresults show that message is implemented successfully between TD coal private network andIMS, and meet the needs of the business. The network information solutions of applicationprovide a reference and application guidelines to other industries while meeting the businessrequirements.
