Coal is a main energy in China, and coal preparation is an effective technical means to improve the quality of coal.In order to improve the efficiency of design, this paper presents a Java-based coal preparation GUI design and implementation.Object-oriented software engineering method is used to describe the problem. What's more, UML modeling language and Microsoft Visio 2000 modeling tool are also used to describe system static structure and dynamic behavior. Then, the system is completed by Java.The paper main carries on drwaing coal preparation processthe, cutting system through the sequential module law, and obtaining the final computation order. The result is to provide the science accurate reference for user, enhance the coal dressing plant rated capacity.Obtain the following main conclusions through the research:1. Provide the reference for the coal preparation design, enhance the coal dressing plant rated capacity, moreover easy to operate expansion.2. Topic mainly involves flow drawing and cutting, has profited from the chemical process flow simulation mentality, and has provided the model experience for the following development other flow analogous system.3. The development of custom controls has realized the code effectively multiplying, enhanced the system development efficiency, simplified the system maintenance, and provides convenience on promoting the system and increasing new equipments.This topic is fully studying fellow seniors, and has mainly done following several works under teacher's instruction:1. This software may carry on the free analog computation to the technical process complete process.2. Software has considered fully the equipment parameter establishment question, defers to the random quality requirement, obtains the best production rate (if some), and solves the flow water computation in future and so on.3. Cartography processes are vivid, the user we can connect different input/outlet.4. Flow cutting profits from the quite mature chemical flow simulation method, which guarantees the system toughness.Uses many times iterative computation in the circulation question to guarantee computation precision.5. Use the object-oriented design technology to builds the equipment class storehouse, which provides the convenience for consummation and promotion.
