Equipment test is an important phase for the qualification and finalization of newtype equipments, in which the test results are significant evidences of the performanceverification and parameter evaluation. Equipment test information include a largenumber of graphics, images, videos, documents, models and other data, which havemany shortcomings such as variety, large volume and weak correlation. Their effectiveprocessing and safe management are both urgent need for equipment test and importantcontents in the field of Graphic and Image Processing and Information SystemsIntegration. The paper focuses on the key technologies of information organization andservices in equipment test, such as integrative modeling, information exchange andcontent-based extraction, distribution service task scheduling, system design andimplementation. The major contents are as follows:A service-oriented integrated model of equipment test information was establishedfor their efficient organization need. First, the test information data were analyzed, theircomposing and classification were defined; then a fundamental data model was built forthe database design on the basis of five data kinds; finally an integrated organizationmodel was established which associated the test information with test tasks and users soas to provide a minimum resource set.An EXML-based data exchange and content extraction method was proposed forthe exchange and sharing standardization need of equipment test information. First, anexchange method based on least resource dataset was advanced, which wasimplemented by content extraction and normalization; then the exchange EXMLcriterion was designed, and a fast content extraction method was achieved by contentindexing and authority restriction; finally an experiment was done to prove the methodsabove.A distribution service task dynamic scheduling algorithm based on parallel taskprocessing was proposed for the parallel operation need in equipment test. First, a datatask decomposition method for parallel tasks was proposed, in which the taskdecomposition was achieved by threshold calculation, and the task integrity wasguaranteed by EXML verifying; then the task scheduling algorithm based on prioritycalculating was proposed, in which the dynamic scheduling of data tasks was achievedby priority and time limit calculating; after that a visual service-flow monitoring methodbased on directed graph was advanced, the visualization models of service flow andnodes were built; finally the algorithm analysis and emulation verification wereperformed which proved that the algorithm could meet the parallel operation needpreferably. An equipment test information service system was designed and implemented.First, the system architecture and integrated database were designed; then the mainsystem functions were designed and implemented. The system was practically appliedin a naval base and taken part in two equipment tests named XX10and XX12, in whichit achieved the data service goals preferably and gave great support to the equipmenttest tasks.
