Achieve network database atthe core, covering production management, operation management, asset management,maintenance management, document and records management, materials management,systems management and a number of core business management platform, an effective solution to the existing IT only As a statistical or computational tools, and not secondaryproduction decisions.3, With the maintenance strategies and cost control functions, completed the designand realization of the failure analysis expert knowledge system and production costdecision-making chain of command. Through online real-time operating status of themonitoring equipment, analysis equipment cost of inputs, and then works out theappropriate control strategies around the equipment to reduce the failure rate of theequipment assets and units to improve economic efficiency, productivity andmanagement level.To realize the asset life management, at any time entry, statistics, query the devicerun time, the number of faults and maintenance records.
